Our service offering in Denmark

CCN’s office in Denmark is located in the heart of Copenhagen. Our dedicated team provide a range of insurance claims management services including claims and policy handling for disability, worker’s compensation, accident, liability, property and motor business. Our clients include central and local government, self-insured corporations and general insurers.

Our service solutions are tailored to individual clients’ needs. Typically we act as an extension to our clients’ business and our philosophy is simply to provide excellence through best practice and transparency to our clients.
Although most of our clients are currently based in Denmark we also handle claims in Sweden and Norway and have the capacity to offer our services to clients across the whole of Scandinavia from Copenhagen.

Our expertise and ability to respond quickly, together with the strong relationships we have built within our market, enables us to meet our clients’ needs as they evolve alongside an ever changing market.

Hvad vi tilbyder i Danmark

Fra vores danske kontor i hjertet af København tilbyder CCN skade- og policeadministration indenfor bl.a. arbejdsskader, erhvervsudygtighed, ulykke, ansvar, bygning/løsøre samt motor forsikring. Vores kunder kommer fra både stat/kommuner, selvforsikrede virksomheder, forsikringsmæglere og forsikringsselskaber.
CCN’s administrationsløsninger er skræddersyet til de enkelte kunders behov, hvor vi typisk agerer, som en udvidelse af kundens egen forretning. Vores filosofi er ganske enkelt at levere topkvalitet, hvilket vi gør gennem ”best practice”, gennemsigtighed og innovative løsninger for vores kunder.
Vi prioriterer kurser og efteruddannelse højt for at sikre, at alle medarbejdere er opdateret fagligt indenfor de konkrete forsikringsområder.

Vores skadebehandlere er forsikringsuddannede eller jurister, som har mange års erfaring fra forsikringsbranchen. Vi har tilknyttet både læge- og tandlægekonsulenter samt fordelagtige samarbejdsaftaler med taksatorer og skadeudbedringsfirmaer.
Vi har et stabilt og højt fagligt niveau til at foretage såvel dybdegående vurderinger som ekspeditionssager. Vi henter globale erfaringer i vores organisation, som vi benytter lokalt.

Selvom vores kontor er placeret i København administrerer vi ligeledes skader i Norge og Sverige og har derfor også kapacitet til at tilbyde vores service til kunder i hele Skandinavien.

In the Benelux CCN has a strategic alliance with Flanderijn, named Claims Corporation Benelux BV. Flanderijn is one of the largest company’s in the Benelux in the field of debt collection and legal assistance. Through this collaboration CCN has access to a highly developed technical back office and expertise of over 600 employees.
