CCN handles cross-border claims within and beyond the European Union for insurance carriers, brokers and fleet-owners. We offer custom-made solutions within the fleet claims situation and also provide European Road Mobility service, including towing assistance, claims – & repair management as well as repatriation and recovery (regres) service.

CCN works with partners like AkzoNobel and TIP Trailer Services Network. The cooperation with AkzoNobel and TIP Trailer Services Network completes CCN’s international services offer.

In the Benelux CCN has a strategic alliance with Flanderijn, named Claims Corporation Benelux BV. Flanderijn is one of the largest company’s in the Benelux in the field of debt collection and legal assistance. Through this collaboration CCN has access to a highly developed technical back office and expertise of over 600 employees.

About CSC Group

CSC Group started as a family business 15 years ago. The first company of the group, founded in 2003, was specialized in automotive repairs and maintenance services. It started with a single business unit of 500 sq. in Bucharest and soon developed and extended to a network of two own business units of over 8000 sq. and 20 partner units all over the country.
Along with the business growth, the services range was enlarged in order to respond to clients’ needs. So, by 2010 a full range of brokerage services was available for our clients by creating Ritter Insurance Broker as a new company part of the group. Now integrated services of repair management, claims handling and insurance brokerage came to fulfill our clients needs.
In 2012, Ritter Broker made an important step by acquiring Star Express Brokers client’s portfolio, becoming Express Leasing’s insurance brokerage services provider and assuring itself a secure place on the market supported by long-term development perspectives.
In 2014 Claims Service Corporation S.R.L., specialized in claims management was established in partnership with a Dutch International Insurance Executive, Mr. Cees Werff. Claims Service Corporation professionals’ expertise in claims handling, risk management and insurance brokerage, providing high efficient outsourcing solutions for companies in the automotive industry. For us outsourcing takes on a new meaning. We come in as an extension of our clients’ team.
The CSC Group was founded by a join venture of those three companies, as a family business, sharing the same values and mission to offer clients the best quality services and to overcome their needs and surpass their expectations, as a trustful partner. The family business values, our concern for the customer and our business culture are the foundation of the group and are granted by our partnership with our Dutch co-founder.
