CCN will start cooperating with the pan-European TIP Trailer Services network which is managed by HNA. The objective of this cooperation is to increase policy holder satisfaction after a transport vehicle accident, to ensure a consistent services offer to the policy holder across Europe and to increase control over average body repair cost.
TIP Trailer Services, with more than 70 branches located throughout 16 countries, provides a range of services for transportation and logistics customers. We specify, source, finance, maintain, manage and remarket the equipment through our experienced teams. We offer value-added services which customers can combine to best suit their needs. We are a one-stop-shop that manages all relationships and needs via a single point of contact. We are the only true pan European provider of these services and work independently from equipment manufacturers and banks, and that allows us to find the best possible solution to any transport-related need our customers may have. Our insurance customers benefit from economies of scale and can therefore realize lower average repair costs whilst increasing the service level to the policy holder. CCN was looking for a partnership with an international road-side assistance and bodyshop network in order to complete its services portfolio to its customers and to find ways to reduce claim & repair management costs. CCN was keen to start this partnership to support its customers to further benefit from safe, sustainable and customer friendly repair and offer economies of scale. Environment is high on the priority list of TIP and its bodyshop network. The bodyshop network is capable of repairing all type of different brands and models. They also offer the possibility to repair rather than replace damaged parts [and e.g. offer services such as pick-up and delivery of the vehicle].

Existing cooperation clients CCN with workshop networks
The cooperation with TIP completes CCN’s international services offer. If the insurance company has an existing preferred workshop repair network, this will of course be respected. CCN will in such circumstances inform the client about the advantages of working with the TIP selected workshop repair network. CCN is an European TPA Claims provider offering customer-centric solutions in the management of national and international (road mobility) claims. CCN also represents clients in countries where they don’t have their own subsidiary. CCN has its own network offering services in all EU countries.
